My course has tons of marketing to match any type of budget. I don't feel its hard to navigate, but there is plenty of different ways to set up for many different budgets.  

Yes, my family or cousin does use my system and they are doing extremely well.  Anyone can do well if they do the work. What I find is many people are not consistent with the marketing. They expect they do one thing ( and do it half ***) and expect great results. Marketing is about creating your brand, focusing on your niche, developing that messaging, deploying it every day, tracking it and retweaking it. 

I don't recall you doing any of the work as Iaid out.  Matter of fact, you never even took up the free second coaching call to review your actions in the first two weeks.  
I seem to remember you were complaining about spending a small amount of money to market. WHen you are too concerned over small amounts to generate leads rather than making dollars.. maybe you should be in another business??

I never said you can buy Multifamily without skin in the game. There is nowhere you can do that.  You however can combine your funds and private money funds to minimize your investment.  

But feel free to kiss my ***. I made my  money in real estate. Sorry you are stuck in Toledo. 

Jerry, I have never done any business with you nor do I know you.  I do not have an address that is an antique store? Please state what lies and deception you are referring to.   I have way more positive reviews then the few negative ones.  Any negative review received is due to people who do not work the strategies to generate leads I give them. I challenge you to show me you did my 30 day plan.  I show real life examples of how to get leads galore. 

I do not associate myself with other gurus in the industry, because I have integrity. 

I understand that people who are successful in life are always blaming someone else. 

I was also up in Portland about 9 months ago and I demonstrated real-time in front of a large group how to find massive amounts of off-market deals.. so I would not put any credibility to @JayHinrichs statement.

There is NOWHERE in my course that it says to make LOW ball offers. If you have not Read my material .. then don't make a stupid statement.  That is why you guys are Unsuccessful. You don't do the work required to make good offers and lots of them!

I  reviewed your ticket with the help desk. The support person was NOT dismissive. Matter of fact he was trying to help you in a very long thread. It turns out that you did not have access to the function you were referring to. There are three versions, and you did not have the Platinum version for those functions to work! Matter of fact was reading your support ticket, you sound like one tough, demanding MEAN user!

That is more work tho!   Yes, IFTTT  can send to email or a spreadsheet BUT... Ruby/ Python can not enter the image decaptcha codes that CL is now using.  Anyway . I don't think enough real estate investors are that willing to learn Ruby / Python scripting to go further. 

MS has also created FLOW - which may be better for some that IFTTT

However it is only available to my students and not open to the general public.  

IFFT is nothing more than a fancy google alert that sends you URLS that you still have to manually scrape. USELESS

I am the creator of the software.  I assure you the software does work.

The first line of fix, is always to make sure you have the latest version.

HOWEVER, results will vary on the way the CAPTCHA is displayed.

The person complaining is simply trying to RAPE leads from CL and send to fast.  We do not suggest more than 100 leads a day , and to send emails to the responses slowly.  You can get your IP banned if you over due it.

I use the software everyday and a solution to automation of the captcha completion is on the way, but this does take time to develop.  We expect of this today, this will be available by Nov 30
