You can get a free Google voice # that will forward to your private number or go directly to a dedicated voice mail !! you can set up several and monitor each line separately. I currently have two lines. both connected to my personal cell. I love it!!

For residential property you will want to use "comps". These are comparable properties that have SOLD recently. Same "type" 3 bed 2 bath etc. same sq. ft. ( as close as possible). Nearest to your property without crossing major intersections,( same neighborhood) and sold within the last 6 months. depending on where you are,  your market will determine the value!
