i am new to the industry... though excited and ready to go, i feel i need to learn more about how it all works. How to get lending... the lingo.... Im pretty much set on what i want to do and how to get there, but getting started is proving to be a little difficult. Any advice as far as the steps or books to help me?

perhaps she feels her business with the other landlord is done.... Shes given a lot of money to you, and put utilities in her name. She seems serious and ready to become your tenant. And lets be honest...shes leaving the other landlord for a reason

Im new to the industry (can't really even say I'm in it yet)... Though over the past year i have been doing some research. I'm interested in purchasing a multi-family property to buy and hold in Newark NJ. I have no experience in real estate but i have some skill in plumbing, light construction and other areas. I would like to buy abandon or foreclosed homes, renovate and rent. Im basically looking for help being pointed in the right direction. I want to know the right steps to take for success! Should i take a real estate course? Or any suggestion on other classes? Any advice would be much appreciated!
