Hello guys,

I found a couple of properties in Newark that I'm about to make offers on and I need a local contractor from Newark to give me an estimate of renovation costs. All interested contractors please contact me for more details.

Thanks

Thanks everyone for the welcome.

I'm currently looking for contractors in the Newark area. I have a couple of properties that I need estimates for rehab before I make offers.

Post: Looking to invest in Trenton on Passaic St

Hello,

I was just curious to how the Passaic St in Trenton NJ is for investing. I have an opportunity to buy a couple of newer duplexes on Passaic St (Built 2012) and wanted to do my due diligence in researching. Looking with google maps the area looks run down and high risk. I was looking to buy and hold but flipping may be a better option since the area isn't the greatest.

Any advice from anyone familiar with the area would be great.

Thanks,

Dwayne Pullum
