I have ran into a little problem while trying to wholesale. I been trying to get a deal in the past 4 months but been unsuccessful. I had real estate brokers and agents tell me that not only "wholesaling" is unethical but also very difficult in Connecticut. So now i'm thinking about getting into the virtual wholesale business. Is their anybody whose serious in this business looking to give me any advice or maybe joint venture on a property just to get my feet wet in the game?

I just found me deal 3 bed 2 bath 1548 sqaure feet REHAB house for $29,000. Im looking to wholesale it and ship it to a third party. My question is how much should I get it a discounted from the seller, if hes desperate? How much should I sell the house to a buyer? How much profit I should get from the buyer? But most importantly, how can I figure out the numbers game, so I won’t make any bad deals in the future. I'm pumped about this deal. This could be potentially my first deal cause my last one didn't get through.
