Hi BP, I have been looking for vacant homes and have came across several that have a permit sign in the window. Today I took a closer look at one and seen some of them have been dated as soon as last month and others have been dated as far back as 2-3+ years. I wanted to know if I am trying to wholesale these properties should I pay any attention to these signs or do these mean that work will be done to the property and it will be harder to put one under contract and flip to another investor?

Thanks.

It's a process but you have taken the first steps and use your resources at your disposal. Welcome again to BP and good luck.

Congratulations @Okeoma M.  I am (or was since you have done your first) in the same position on working on my first deal as well.  If you have any advice for a new comer I would greatly appreciate it.  Congrats again and good luck on closing more deals and spending more time with you family.

Hello BP.  I am looking for advice on getting started wholesaling.  I have found about a hand full of vacant SF and even a few vacant apartment buildings.  Does anyone have advice on how I can get one of these properties under contract to flip to another investor?

Hello BP, my name is D. and I am a new investor currently living in Boston, Ma. I'm new to BP and RE all together. I have not done any deals as of yet, but I would like to start off wholesaling just to gain experience in the industry. I would like to explore the many different areas RE has to offer once I gain more experience. I look forward to future post, advice, and experience from all. Thanks!
