I would like information on this HML. I thank you for posting because I am looking to work in areas that may not be worth refinancing so quickly.

I am trying to sell a bar that includes 5 units in need of renovation plus a retail space. Only want 50k for it but its in a small town. The bar alone without any effort brings 300 to 400 a night. Tips on how to market this?
