looking for the best area in or near Tampa for renting to section 8 tenants. Also need help finding these low priced homes not in blighted areas but still less than 50K really looking for less than 25K . Any realtors out there in Tampa area that has knowledge of this type of property hit me up  

thanks to everyone for the warm welcome . My situation is unique in that I am working up in Pa on a job that will last until next year and I want to invest in Florida the Tampa area. I get back to tampa about once every month so I will need to use the time I'm there wisely. I am 62 and I have no retirement so I will be using rental property incom to augment my SS when I stop working in 4 years. Hopefully I will have several properties by then with good cash flows. I'm not trying to get rich just live comfortable. I look forward to meeting some of you at REIA Meetings when I am in Tampa again thanks for the welcome.
