I am new to this so please bare with me. My situation is this: The owner of a home I want has been deceased for approx. 5 years. His children live out of state and are eager to rid themselves of the property. They turned the propeerty over to an executor (an attorney). The house is fully furnished, all utilities are on and paid to date. I have a newly formed inspection company and have been living with friends and the banks are not giving me a loan. By the way, the house is being marketed through a realtor at 60% of its value. What can I do to get this house?
