What help do you need exactly? Are you looking to partner with a syndicator? 

Don't get discouraged. Figure how what your financial freedom number is so that you can go at it full time. Then work backwards from there. Obviously, factors like area, price point, self manage or use PM matter, put a plan together and work to execute it. Saying you want to work at it full time is a good starting point, but get down to specifics. Ie. I want to work full time at growing my REI business by generating xx dollars in monthly income. Then figure out how to get there. Don't overlook partnerships to help you, as well.
