Hello Team, 

I am new to the Bigger Pockets community, and I am starting my journey to purchase my first multifamily property. I reside in Alpharetta GA; however, I would like to invest in the City of Philadelphia. I selected Philly because I have a network of local contractors, and property prices are more affordable than the Atlanta Metro.

I would appreciate the community’s thoughts on my target market, and I would like to meet members with experience investing in the Philly market.
