This might be a dumb question but how do you find your post after you write it like to see what people reply to?

I personally think that's not a great investment. I usually buy houses between $30,000 and $50,000 put 5k to 10k in them and rent them between 700-1000 a month. Also I'm in Ohio so I don't know where you are but in Ohio's market this is normal

What sites do you guys use to perform credit and background checks?

Does anyone on here use anything to keep track of their rentals as far as income and keeping all the tenants info. I have 10 rentals now and am looking into something and wanted some guidance. I have heard good things about intuit Quicken rental property management but haven't tested anything yet, thanks in advance
