Hello everyone, I’m Dustin from South Bend and I’m just getting started on my first flip that I’m not going to do the work on. I have done the work on a handful of other properties but do not have the time anymore. I have been looking for contractors but am having a hard time finding some that will show up and also not cost an arm and a leg. Does anyone have any good recommendations? Looking for people that do floors, drywall, bathroom remodels, demo, etc. in the South Bend area. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!! Dustin Lowry

Hello everyone, My wife and I recently purchased a couple properties and were hoping to brrrr them. However, the couple of banks we tried said that they won’t refinance at the new value before 6 months. I could get my original investment back but would really like the other equity. Does anyone know of a bank that does not have this requirement? Thank you for the help.

Hello, I could really use some help. My wife and I have been driving for dollars lately and are finding a ton of properties we would like to mail to. We use the county assessors website to find out who owns the property, however, we cannot find out their address to see if the home is a rental or not. I don't want to mail letters to tenants. How do you find out if the owner lives there or find the address of a landlord? Thank you for the help.
