Hello all,

I have a very wired yet interesting question. If I were to except an upfront payment of $300,000 for signing a 10 year contract, what would be the benifets for the people giving me the payment be (if any)? Can they right it off on taxes? Would I take 33% out of that size of a payment for taxes?

Hi this might be a dumb question, but what do you mean by personally guarantee? I'm very new to this and am soaking up as much info as possible.

Thanks for the reach out Brandon. I am still kind of learning to navigate the app. Once I get that simple task down I am going to start taking advantage of all of the knowledge on BP. I haven't quite figured out what avenue I will go down yet but BP will give me a little more knowledge.
