Hello all!

My name is Dustin Kroeker and I live in Santa Cruz, CA.  I grew up in the Central Valley of CA in Bakersfield.  I have also lived in Michigan (played for the Detroit Lions) and Seattle, WA (played for the Seahawks) - offensive line 2001-2005.  

I have a limited background in rei - I currently own a commercial building in Madera, CA and previously had a sfr that I rented for a few years and then sold in 08'.  My first job after football was in mortgage sales with WF.  I am currently in medical sales and would like to create some passive income for my family.

My goals in real estate are to not only create passive income, but also develop a portfolio that would allow my immediate family and myself the chance to work together and have a "family business".
