@Joy VanAssche my friend is a builder in that area as well. He recently took a multi family near the lake and turned it into an Airbnb. He has been killing it!!

@Nik Moushon I’m just east of you a few hours. Lots of stuff here in eastern Washington. Good friend of mine is a builder where you are at. Not much Inventory there. Beautiful area though!
