It just depends on what your goal is. How many properties do you want, what is your investment goal, are you a buy and hold or buy and hold for a few years. Answer those questions and see if these properties fit that model.

Want to say hi to everyone and introduce myself. My name is Dustin Danner. Glad to be a part of the bigger pockets community. Have one property right now we are doing a live in remodel. Planning on selling it quickly and want to add a second property in 2018. Any advice suggestions would be welcome. Books, podcast anything that talks about adding your second property or the pitfalls of selling primary home quickly. Not sure how I can help anyone else, so I’d take advice on how to bring value to someone else also. Thank you for any advice.
