I'm looking to establish a relationship with a Houston area appraiser or two to help establish ARV when analyzing deals.

My wife and I are working on a fix and flip business in that market. We can analyze comps and other data but I would feel better if I had a professional opinion as well.

Thanks for the welcome message. Funny enough the weather has turned and it rained a bit. Last week was 80 and sunny and yesterday it was 48 and rainy with a strong cold wind....???

To be more specific, and completely honest, I am just getting started in Houston. All the roles for our team have been established and the business plan is in place. We are now ready to move forward and are reviewing a few deals but we haven't closed on anything yet. I'm sure we will soon.

Our business plan is pretty specific so I want to make sure we move on the right property. I'd be glad to share ideas and give you some insight to our business plan. Initially I did travel a bit to meet "my team" but I don't plan to continue doing that.
