I have a realtor who brought me 4 good REO deals! how ever I don't have all the ernest money needed to get them under contract. I was told to see if my buyer is willing to do pass through funding, but I have never used that method before and wanted to get some more insight on how that proccess would work. If anyone can help I would appreciate the advice.

So I have a property in mind for $16,000 that is forclosed. I have two all cash Buyers who are interested in the property. I'm asking for $24,000 for the property, when other home in the area are being sold for $35,000- $40,000. When I choose a buyer that can give me the best deal on the property I would like to do a double closing. would I need to have to buyer sign some type of contract first?

A realtor offered me a home that is forclosed. she is asking $5,500 for the property. Since Im not interested in fixing this particular property, is it prossible for me to purchase the property and wholesale it to another Investor in as-is conditions?

hello, my name is Dushon Brackins, I'm 21 years old and I am looking to take my first step into real estate investing. I've been doing research on the matter for bout two year and I'm looking to move forward in my business goals. I wanted to start wholesaling homes using a hard money lender, but I am not sure what to look for in choosing a lender. If you have any advice or comments please feel free to contact me. I would really appreciate the support.
