@Ayyoub Feza Detroit just beat out Miami as fastest appreciating city in the USA!

You could also look at Ann Arbor or Grand Rapids.

We do turnkeys and full-service management, so if you have any questions about those, PM us.

Hello i am from Toronto and also using Dealcheck. I was wondering how accurate is the information that Dealcheck has when importing data?

Such an insightful post thanks everyone for the information. I am from Toronto and looking to invest in Indianapolis and was also thinking about Anderson and Muncie. 2 - 4 units for the first one. Any updates or thoughts on the 2 cities?

I see Anderson has a high vacancy rate of 18% is this true or am i completely wrong?

Just have to say what a great thread. I am also looking into investing in the States and I am from Toronto Ontario.

I am particularly interested in landlord friendly states including - Alabama, Arkansas, West Virginia, any other more recommended states?. I know this thread is quite old now but has anyone made any purchases since and what were some of the first steps you had taken?

Thanks everyone for the helpful information. Anyone know any property management companies that can help out with the BRRRR especially the renovations and project managements?

Hello,

I currently own 2 properties in GTA, and since Ontario is getting overly expensive and harder to get RE with low cap rates and cash flow, I am thinking to invest in Landlord friendly states in USA.

I have heard some examples include Texas, Tennessee, Florida, North Carolina to name a few. I dont have the cash as of yet but was thinking to finance and get a mortgage. I have a FT job, and great credit and understand banks like TD, BMO or RBC which are in both countries can help.

Can anyone provide any advice, thoughts, opinions, tax issues, steps in going this route?
