I am liking it so far – there’s so much to take in. Feel like there’s a lot of catching up that I need to do with all the information that’s out there.

What’s worked well for you in BP? 

I'm a 32 year old IT systems professional. I graduated from UW with a degree in Engineering and an MHA from WSU. I grew up in South King County and currently live in Des Moines, WA with my wife and son. I bought my first home during the peak of the great recession and am now interested in making moves in the real estate in WA but in TX as well for SFH (3/2, 1,100 – 1,500 Sq ft)

I joined BiggerPockets as a way to interact with like-minded individuals interested in the industry and hope to learn from many of you in the coming months.
