Hello,

I'm interested in a property located in Woodstock. Does anyone have any insight on the type of area this is? I'm based in NJ and not able to drive the area just yet. I'm primarily looking for C class properties in the Jacksonville area.  Thanks in advance!

Hey Alvin,

Welcome to the forums. I'm also new with a heavy interest in SFHs and MFHs.

I agree with the above. All depends on current expenses, income and long term goal. If you think she is your wife to be, i'd list the pros and cons of owning vs. renting to further prove your case.

Hi all,

First time posting. In preparing for a first investment, what stages and phases should i do commit to first? Do I lower my debt to income, then continue to build savings for initial down payment or save as much as I can and slowly cut down on my consumer debt? Lastly, how far out or how soon should one consider looking for a potential investment? I look at multiple homes per day, talk to friends who invest and reach out to realtors just to build good habits and get familiar with things. Despite this, im not ready and dont want to waste a realtor or anyone elses time.  In summary, timing and order of operations are my concerns. Any helps, links or tips would be greatly appreciated.
