I recently closed on a single family home and currently looking for a property manager in Spokane, WA. I have been working through the list of the companies I found in https://www.narpm.org but definitely would like to hear your personal experience and suggestions! So if you have any recommendations on property managers that you have worked with in the past or currently working with, please let me know.

Hello all,

Do you have any attorney recommendations that I can consult with regarding to forming LLCs in Washington? Mainly for real estate investment but may expand later. I have searched the forums and would like to have a few more recommendations.
