 I'm considering refinancing on a home that I will be purchasing. 

From your experience, can anyone tell me what's the average home loan seasoning period in Michigan before one can refinance?

Thanks Saravanan. I have to admit, I do need to do a better job at making it to those REIA meetings. It's becoming more and more apparent that real estate built on networking and knowing how to find resources.

Does anyone know of any good real estate wholesaling online training courses or books? I've read a few books on wholesaling real estate, watched multiple YouTube videos and even considered purchasing an online course. Any way, the content I've come across thus far has been somewhat vague. Although, sometimes there's a lot of good information on YouTube. Can anyone recommend information that will not just tell me what wholesaling is about but how to actually do wholesaling? 

I realize depending on an individuals level of dedication and skill set, success within any given market will vary. However,

are there any wholesalers out there familiar with the Wayne County/Michigan areas that can tell me what kind of success they

are having in wholesaling and if there are a good supply of strong Buyers interested in that market?

However, are there any wholesalers out there particularly familiar with the southeast Michigan area that can tell me what kind of success they are having and if there are a good supply of strong Buyers interested in that market?

Does anyone know if wholesaling in Southeast Michigan, particularly the Detroit Metropolitan area, would be lucrative? I might be wrong, but Southeast Michigan does not seem like a very promising wholesaling market.
