Thanks guys, I will do some investigating to get to the bottom of this one.

I was informed by my Realtor that when you buy a Hud property you can not resell that property for 90 days after you bought the property.

Is this true?

I am really close to getting a property under contract to fix and flip. The property is in a rural area just outside of Kansas City Mo. I am having a hard time finding a hard money lender that will lend on property outside of the KC metro area. Does anybody have any ideas? Thanks
