Wow, thank you for your recommendation.  This was my first post on BP and amazed that there is this kind of support for anyone investing in real estate. This is getting me pretty excited to get started learning and making my first deal. Thank you again for the great feedback

I am brand new to real estate investing and I am going to be interviewing an experience investor. He lives in San Francisco, California area and his life changed after taking a Dale Carnegie real estate course. He is an apartment investor and is around 70 years old.

What questions do think would be good to ask for being extremely fresh to the real estate world?

I am looking to get new windows in my house before winter. The windows are shot in an older home, however not sure what brands have the most value. I have heard good things about Anderson windows, have not heard much on other brands. Would love to hear opinions of yours. Also, cranks windows vs. sliding windows? Pros cons?

I am just getting started learning about real estate investing and future goals of owning apartment buildings, however not sure where I should start, because I do not have to capital and/or knowledge to start there. Was wanting opinions on where the best place to start investing and what the best books for beginners wanting to get started.
