I did.  However, it was a learning experience, and have educated myself over the past year, and there are some really creative ways to make up for some experiences like that.

Currently, I am getting $485 per unit. I've learned a tremendous amount with this project, and now I'm ready to start moving ahead with additional SD-IRA deals.

Purchase price: $400,000
Cash invested: $178,000

8 Unit apartment complex.

I financed this project with my SD-IRA
