Good afternoon everyone in Bigger Pockets, my name is Pedro and I'm from a little city in South Florida called Miami. I played college football for the University of Louisville and graduated about 3 years ago and pretty much didn't know where to go from there. I did door-2-door first which introduced me to commission. Then did went the corporate route. Deep down I knew I did not like the feeling of being micromanaged and doing the SAME THING day in and day out. Everyday I wrestled with the idea that this is what I would be doing for the next 20-40 years and I'm only 25. Up until about a couple months ago a former teammate of mine reached out to me and told me if I really wanted to do something different, go get my real estate license and hit him up again. I stacked up enough money and a couple weeks later, I left the job, did the course, pass the exam and reached out to him. I could honestly say it was the best decision I made since leaving college and taking steps towards a future I am capable of creating. I do real estate full-time because I believe if you half-*** anything in life, you get half-*** results. In return for the commitment and remarkable hustle I'm willing to put in, I expect to become a whale in this industry. I am currently working as a wholesaler in the South Florida area but I'm always looking at the bigger picture. New members, let's exchange knowledge, Seasoned Vets, i'd love to pick your brain and understand real estate from your perspective! I'm all in!
