I'm under contract on bulk purchase(10+) and one of my investor like to have the contract on his name after we went under contract on my name. I'm looking for some advice what is the best way to move forward. We can either go through the inspection period and negotiate price if needed based on the inspection before asking sellers to put the contract on someone's else name, or we can ask for name change now but lose buying power since the deal includes many properties. Appreciate your help!
