@Mike Kehoe

Thanks mike !

I’m looking to close my first deal by next summer , I have 300k to Invest and I’m looking into multifamily 10-12 units (or more) in the Connecticut/Upstate area , I would really love to meet some investors and talk to them about their experiences , hopefully get some referrals on real estate investor friendly agents , I just want to network and get to know as many people as I can that have been doing this before me so i can be prepared for what’s to come

Hi BP family , so for the past 5-6 months , I’ve been listening to podcasts , reading books , and doing all the necessary studying on real estate to buy my first multi family deal , although I’ve been studying , there’s nothing like advice and talking to someone who’s been there and done that in person , I’d love to meet with any real estate investors in the nyc area that can help me gain further knowledge in the multi family real estate business , I have 300,000$ to invest , I’m looking to buy and hold the property.

@Hemang Bhatt sorry I worded that wrong , I meant monthly cash flow , easier to get tenants , etc like I want to invest 300k hopefully getting 3-4K monthly passively , because I’ll have a PM

Looking to purchase my first rental apartment building property , what market appreciates better ? 300k to invest

I have 300k to invest , I’m interested in cash flow , and I was interested in the Connecticut/Upstate market , I’m looking to get a 6-10 unit building , can someone show me what they think a good deal in those areas would look like via loop net or whatever source you use , it would be much appreciated , I just want to make sure I’m headed in the right direction with this , it’s my first property and I want to go big, with 8-10 units , can I expect a 5-6k monthly income passively ?

Looking to buy my first multifamily apartment building , I’m stuck between these states , I was just curious about which market place is a better investment , for cash flow , etc

I’m looking to get a 6-10 unit , 30-40% down , and hopefully cash flow , just curious about the market upstate
