Hi, folks!

I'm looking to refinance the mortgage on a 12plex I bought, and I wanted to get word from experienced people in the know on which companies I could go to. I've only called one, Amerisave, but they only go up to four plex. Anyhow, looking forward to hearing back from you all! Have a wonderful day!

Newbie here asking newbie questions...I'm in Connecticut and wanted to know where I might find the best mortgage brokers based on your experience? I realize everything depends on the property itself but since I will be making cold calls, I thought I'd ask around this site. Thanks for your suggestions!
