Thank you for your responses. I would love to make a connection. I am looking to get into the note business and would like to know where I can start buying. That's the reason that I was curious if there was someone in my area. Investing only in my market is not a concern of mine. When mailing letters to vacant houses, what do you do when there is no forwarding address but the letter is returned to you as vacant. How do you track down the owner or find another way to buy the property.
