I'm looking to get started on real estate investing using the brrr method. I've educated myself and would like to hook up with somebody who has done many brrr deals and is currently working on one. I'm in the Winter Haven, Florida area. It would be awesome to see how its done by a professional before jumping in non my own.

How do investors with very little income afford to have many investment properties?

I’m 21 years old still in college and working a full time job paying 25k a year. I’m trying to buy my first house and start buying investment properties but the lack of income is making it hard. Any advice on how to start the ball rolling?
