I am a new investor in the Indianapolis area.  Looking for a real estate agent in the area that specializes in investment properties.  If anyone in the area can refer me to a good agent that would be great!

I am currently looking for my first investment property.  Still unsure whether my first property should be a rental or a rehab and flip project.  I have read many real estate investing books and done countless hours of research, but think it would be more valuable to hear from an experienced investor instead.
