I run a boutique luxury marketing firm and my client just listed a $90,000,000 oceanfront property. What would you do to get developers interested in a $90,000,000 oceanfront listing in Puerto Rico 10 miles from San Juan?

I run a boutique real estate marketing firm and I manage Facebook Ads for a few dozen reaktors across the nation. If I get my real estate license in Florida, would I not be able to market for my realtor clients anymore? If not, would my wifes license be a problem?
