@Brad Piper

yea I kinda got lucky, right time right place I guess. I definitely didn’t have more then a couple grand to spend on a course so I figured I could try to utilize what I got and take advantage of the offer.

@Brad Piper

I understand where you are coming from, firstly when I got the course it only cost me 1k because I got a special deal for Christmas where you put 1k down and then pay the rest as a monthly membership. I finished all of the content very fast and ended up cancelling after first month so it only cost me 1k to take the course. The course is separated in 6 week training but i did it all within 2 weeks as they let you unlock the course if you finish the previous week. Knowing that the normal price is 7k now I am not sure if I would pay that full amount personally but the content is pretty good.

Yes that is the gist of it. Basically working with other wholesalers in your area helping them either acquire or sell properties to a buyer where you are in the middle of the transaction for a fee. It is basically co wholesaling on steroids. I personally only took the program to learn more about deal acquisition because i would like to focus on buy and hold investments not as much on wholesaling as I am not certain on the legalities of it.

Thank you all for the help!

Hi Edward,

I would love to get your opinion on if you think wholesaling is illegal in CT.

Hi everyone,

I was just curious where I could find some JV agreement to work with other investors/wholesalers in my area.

Thanks

Hey guys,

I am thinking of becoming an agent to get me started in my real estate journey as I would like to become an investor eventually. I want to get my real estate license but I am moving to another state next year. If I take the online courses now to get my license and take my state test now, when I move will I have to take the training and test all over again in the new state?

Thanks

@Lydia T. thanks for the advise, I will definitely make sure to qualify by buyers and write up a JV agreement between the other wholesalers. Thanks!
