Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $145,000

Currently thinking of selling. I believe i have enough equity to 1031 exchange into a multi family property in Dayton, Ohio.

This is awesome to see another individual on active duty with interest in real estate very hard to find. I am actually stationed in Mississippi now and bought my first house here, that will probably turn into a rental eventually. I am also looking for creative ways to invest in a turnkey property myself. Please add me as a colleague so we could converse on this topic at a later date. Hope all goes well with your investment.
