Unfortunately your search for Anyone know of a Massachusetts Real Estate Attorney who has experience expediting federal and state liens decision on a foreclosed property?

I just hit a road block and need help with trying to get past this. I am working with an investor who currently owns 16 investment properties of varies types. The investor is looking to purchase his 5th unit of a 10 unit residential condominium complex. Full Doc, 740 plus FICO, 90% LTV/CLTV, Seller second not possible as it is a short sale offering. Any and all suggestions on bank and investor. Thank you so very much in advance. :blush:

I read your post and believe I may be able to answer some of your questions regarding short sales. I have a few years and a few short sale transactions under my belt all conducting in Massachusetts. Thus far I have not worked with Omni however I will look into thier products. I have worked with Brookview Financial and they are extremely good to work with. Please let me know your thoughts. :idea:

First off, I understand your frustration. It is mind boggling that most lenders don't understand the urgency of an offer timeline or the approval conditions of the other lien holder. As the owner of The Equity Resource Group LLC based in Massachusetts, a company which solely assists homeowners facing hardships with their mortgage issues I honestly see this too often. I have and do work with Countrywide on a daily bases, based on our experience with countrywide they will approve the sale and discharge the second however they typically will only discharge the lien for 10% of the total on their loan amount.
