@Aaron Gorum thank you, I just started listening to the millionaire real estate agent on audio earlier today and the scripts are for when I start cold calling I don’t want to sound like a robot. I will definitely keep studying my craft that’s again for the encouragement.

I’m currently in the military and will be getting out to get my real estate license in NC. I wanted to know if anyone had any scripts and dialogue they could spare or point me in the right direction to getting the best ones. I want to hit the ground running having scripts memorized already. Thank you!

@Paul Defngin just looking to connect with lenders in my state so I can build a relationship with them in future endeavors.

Is there anybody in North Carolina who knows of any local credit unions or small backs that do cash out Refis on investment property’s?

@Kenny Dahill thanks, I’ve decided to talk to the tenant to get a better understanding of her financial situation so we can work something out.

@Lynn M. Yeah I have it in my lease agreement the location of the security deposit.

@Anthony Wick they must make three times the rent, have a clean background, and been at there job for atleast a year. She fit the criteria.

@Andrew B. Yes I am providing a quality place to live,roof over someone’s head so I expect to be paid on time.

But yes you are right I should read up on the state laws more.
