I live in Marion County, TN which is just outside Chattanooga. I am new to real estate investing as well, but the few local investors and real estate agents I've talked to say Chattanooga is expanding quickly. Particularly the Red Bank area.

My name is Drake Payne. I'm from Marion County, TN. I am a apprentice electrician and a father of 3. I plan to begin my journey as a BRRRR invester in the Marion and Hamilton County areas in Tennessee after the next 6-12 months of education.

I've always knew I wanted to do something in real estate, but what really got me started was a friend from work told me to read "How to Invest In Real Estate With Low and No Money Down" and I began listening to the BP Podcast. Since then I've read "Rich Dad Poor Dad" and "The Cash Flow Quadrant". My why is to be able to give my children a better life and to be able to be here for all of the moments I'm currently missing.
