Does anyone know who I need to go to to handle the Dodd/Frank Act so I can do owner financing for mobile homes? I live in Texas, preferably anyone in the DFW area

@Reid Kurtenbach Cool, thanks. Now how do I calculate that? So for instance if i sell a mobile home for 5,000, how would i calculate the interest into the monthly payment?
