Manny Fernandez welcome! I live in Keller and am a Realtor. I'm branching out into wholesaling and will keep you on my buyers list for when I run into great deals. If you are looking at retail, or the MLS I can help there as well. Please feel free to contact me if you want to chat. [email protected] BP is a great site, read all the forums you can!

@Jessica Swingle and @Monica Breckenridge Thank you both for your advice! I'm a Realtor in Texas and am branching out into doing wholesaling. I love having my license and feel it will only help me in wholesaling. Being a Realtor and wholesaler gives more options to the seller.

Hi! My name is Dana Pollard and I am from Fort Worth TX (DFW). I have been a Realtor for 5 years and have owned my own rental houses in the past, but am a newbie at wholesaling properties. Today, I got my first wholesale seller lead, and hopefully, will be signing a contract soon!

I am looking forward to learning from all of you in the biggerpockets community!

I've been a Realtor for 5 years and am just now exploring wholesaling. I believe Realtors have a great advantage in wholesaling because we know the market and know how to price properties realistically. Having the MLS and the other software perks are handy. If a wholesale lead doesn't work, we can turn it into a retail listing or short sale. So every seller has three possibilities. Also, learning the techniques of a wholesaler helps us as Realtors too! Most Realtors do not go outside the MLS to find great deals for their buyers. So even if I never do a wholesale deal, I now have my eyes opened to many more possibilities, and my buyers are loving it!

Good luck!
