We are looking to finish our place here in Homer and make a move to Wasilla as soon as the place sells. We are interested in getting a fixer-upper duplex of some sort that we can do owner financing and flip that.

Hello everyone, thank you so much for messaging us and the great feedback! Alaska right now is getting pretty darn cold and very short daylight hours. I personally Love hot weather, and am always freezing here. But, My whole family lives here and we just haven't made that move to more sunshine. Someday.....

This whole idea of real-estate investing is our ticket to that dream. The Flipping Formula 3 day seminar in Anchorage (speaker was Marc Hrisko) was a knowledgeable experience. It helped us get out of our safe box and hopefully to endless opportunities!!

Our goal right now is to start flipping houses and selling them. It is a little difficult to find those deals here because we have a very different type of market. But I believe in destiny, and this is our time!

Hello everyone, my name is Polly. My husband Denis and I just recently attended a 3 day seminar and they opened the doors to a whole new way of approaching and making deals in real estate that we had no idea about, besides the conventional bank loans.

My husband has been in construction for about 13 yrs and I have been a stay at home mom for 2 years now. We are truly excited about this hands-on real estate investing as a team.
