I am  looking for a  private  lender  in Baytown area, to finiance the  purchase of a  rental property in  Dayton.  No rehab  needed. Purchase  price  $287900.  Loan  terms  6-12 months.

I  live in Baytown  also. We have  5 children  who have  at one time or another,  looked for  rental  property.   At this  time  there are VERY few rental  properties  in and  around  Baytown.  Due to the  expansion of the  Plants  in the  area.  I  believe  it is a good  deal!
