Before you just jump ship using this agent ask them to explain why they cannot disclose this information to you. It may be state law that he cannot give it to you which would mean that no other agent can do it either. It could be that the agents broker will not allow it. If this is the case then maybe you need to switch agents. Last, try to use an agent that focuses on rentals and will know all of the details that are involved in selecting a tenant. Like any profession, real estate agents can do most any type of transaction but most of us specialize on a specific type of occupancy.

Welcome to BP Jeremy!!

As mentioned already the I-35 corridor is exploding in growth. This is a great area to find investment properties in. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, Georgetown is the fastest growing city in the nation and New Braunfels is the second. Hope this information helps you make a decision on where to do your long distance investing. If I can help please let me know.

Hello Members,

My name is Doug Vogel and I have been a member of BiggerPockets for some time but have decided to get more involved learning some of the tricks of the trade from other investors. I am real estate agent in the San Antonio area and looking forward to being able to pass on what I learn to other investors and clients. I currently work with  investors and have been able to use some of the information that I have learned to help my clients either seal a deal or walk away. Thank you for your help and look forward to talking to everyone.

As a real estate agent, I tell my clients that have listings to put the lid down. Most buyers do not care what the inside of the toilet looks like on their first look of the home. This will also deter people from using the restroom inside of the home.
