Bio-enzymatic deodorizer, search amazon, or local janitorial or commercial carpet cleaning supplier.

Hi all! I am a serial entrepreneur who no longer has any milk for his serial! I have started 3 successful janitorial services and also partnered in a used car business. All of the businesses have been profitable but due to declining health and a brutal divorce I am struggling to keep them going. I am the only one in my circle who does not own property, my sole residence was lost in divorce and later foreclosed on. I have the deck completely stacked against me, and I am here to perform a miracle!  What I do have is a lot of drive, I am yet again out doing a startup and I expect some success from that, however, I have 3 children and was always my dream to help them get into housing!  My youngest who is only 19 is very interested in chasing real estate and I want to help him and myself and see if we cannot make some lemonade together. I am very resourceful, I am an excellent negotiator, I have quite a bit of auction experience, however it was used cars, but some is more than none!  A long history of hiring and managing people. I am handy in the sense that while I am physically limited in my ability to do A LOT of work, I can do some and more importantly, I understand how things are built, basic plumbing, electrical etc.... in other words, I can have a meaningful conversation with a contractor. With my cleaning background, as I am sure some of you can attest, some well placed $$$ can go a long way in turning a home around. Looking forward to the future!!!!
