Hi.  I am Doug Nelson from Alamogordo, New Mexico.  I enjoy being a small business owner and real estate investor.  My experience in investment real estate includes self storage operator, single family residential rentals, single family lot development, single family residential builder and commercial development.  I am also a Realtor with an emphasis in residential and commercial land sales.   Donnette is a rare bird in she enjoys property management.  We enjoying living in Alamogordo, NM and are always seeking opportunities in our market.
