What are the most important things to ask a lender (located in LA/OC) to get the best deal?

@Joe Villeneuve well to be fair, there was a crash 13yrs ago.

@James Wicker @Marlen Weber this will be a good read! Thanks James!!

@Marlen Weber that’s what I’ve heard... it what attracts me to the area. Nashville has the music scene tho. Wish I could have both at the same time lol

@Cullum Stirling awesome! Will take into consideration! Cash flow is hard to overlook tho, I hear Dallas is good for that

@James Wicker thanks! I’ll have to look It up

@David Goodmanthanks for the insight

@Joseli Alves any particular areas in Lewisville that you would recommend? I want to buy a house that’ll rent well.

@Marlen Weber Lewisville is my number one area, tho I hear the Plano area is nice also. I want convenience and somewhere I’ll be able to cash flow my next rental

I’m due to move soon, and Im looking at the Dallas area or Nashville... does anyone have any experience in these markets and where the hot rental areas are? I’d like to buy a house, live in it for a couple years and make sure when I move out, it’ll cash flow nicely.

Thanks in advanced
