@Lawrence Snells I’m reading David Greene investing in out of state real estate. I’ve read Rich Dad poor Dad first but since I work 60 hrs a week I listen to the BP podcasts most of the time. I am looking to house hack for sure. Waiting til winter because the market is too hot in my area right now.
