I wonder if there are any websites out there that cater to high end home buyers (including international buyers) looking for unique and high end California properties, including those off market. Is MLS and your listing agency the only games in town?

Hello, I am wondering if anyone out there has completed an SB 9 lot split and sold off the empty lot.  If so, how was the lot with the house on it impacted in terms of market value?  Also, any tips in valuing and selling the empty lot?

I am working on an SB 9 here in Santa Clara County.  We would split the lot off and sell it.  Just curious if you can sell the lot after approval by the city and recorded with the county or do you have to wait for APN's to be issued?  Getting APN's can take a while.
